Victoria is a Russian-Serbian artist and songwriter, releasing under the pseudonym V.Harver. Now lives and works in Belgrade. Executive producer and communication director of Changeover Festival and Connected Agency.
Before 2023 lived in London, where she studied and worked as an event and stage manager at various events including festivals (HOPE, Islington Proms, Maidstone Fringe).
