Ana Konstantinović is a young cultural manager with a childhood passion for music and fashion. She expresses her versatility and indecision through various projects and her studies in Management and Production in Theater, Radio, and Culture at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade.

Her diverse interests are reflected in her work, ranging from organising fashion shows at the Dragstor club in Belgrade to her involvement in the Sarajevo Film Festival, and ultimately to her engagement in the music industry. In high school, she founded the band Xena, releasing two singles, the first part of the Femixeta 9 compilation and the second in collaboration with the Cultural Center Rex.

Since 2023, she has been actively working at the concert agency Long Play as a concert organiser. She is also part of the program and protocol team of the Arsenal Fest, held every June in the space of the old weapons factory in Kragujevac. She believes that the experiences gained during the festival are extremely valuable for every visitor and sees her team as a team of wizards creating a new world over three days.

In her free time, she travels from country to country, creates radio shows, and watches arthouse films.
