From the very beginning, we had a clear vision of the Kontakt conference and showcase festival as a place where professional paths not only cross but also build, where ideas are actively exchanged, and
collaborations are born spontaneously.

And we’re announcing GREAT NEWS!

KONTAKT conference and showcase festival is proud to join the European Talent Exchange. Exchange is a program that helps artists conquer Europe and beyond. They make that happen through extensive partnerships with over 130 festivals in and outside of Europe, media, and European music export offices, who all put in their best efforts to promote and book artists of all sounds and all identities.

By joining the network, we’re contributing to a stronger and more connected European live music scene, one that allows emerging artists to perform across borders and reach new audiences.
Through this new partnership, KONTAKT and European Talent Exchange will work together to create more international opportunities for young artists from Serbia and connect them with bookers and other
European artists and festivals participating in the Exchange program.

How it works? Exchange works closely with showcase festival Eurosonic Noorderslag (ESNS). Once an artist is booked at ESNS, they automatically join the Exchange programme, which means bookers from the 130+ partner festivals come see their show at ESNS and select who they want to book at their own festival. Besides that, the media partners will also draw inspiration from who to feature in their next item. The results? A collaborative live music scene that benefits the careers of European artists.
