For over 20 years, Anes has been leading the TUZLA LIVE Association, which has been organising and promoting music and artistic events, festivals, colonies, while also educating and providing assistance to young, emerging artists in getting their first performances and further professional development. For nine years, he has successfully led the local “Džumbus Festival,” which grows every year and, most importantly, brings various content to the audience and visitors. He also engages in artist booking in Tuzla (club BAZA in Tuzla) and Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as producing work with local talents. Anes has participated in numerous regional and European projects aimed at developing creative industries, digital economy, and entrepreneurship. He is also the founder of the TUZLA ROCK SCHOOL programme that successfully runs for two years already whereby young generations are educated and trained in all spheres of music industry.
