Milica Dabanović is a law graduate who completed her undergraduate and specialist studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Montenegro, specializing in constitutional law and politics, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in production at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts. She is the founder of “OZ Innovative Production” and the author of the national digital platform “Kulturni radar,” a public-interest tool for mapping, consolidating, and promoting cultural events across Montenegro.

Creativity is her way of thinking, production her tool, and law her framework. Her passion for art, activism, and law is reflected in her professional work and involvement in projects supported by European Union funds, including initiatives focused on gender equality and contemporary artistic practices.

Her professional experience includes the production and coordination of numerous cultural and international projects. She has worked as a producer on the International Puppet Festival in Montenegro and the Festival of Young Artists of Montenegro, contributing to the development and promotion of the cultural scene.

She is employed at Airports of Montenegro in the Public Relations Department, where she participates in developing and implementing communication strategies of institutional and public importance, managing media relations, and leading communications for complex events and processes, including those of high institutional and international significance. As a consultant for the Association of Security Managers of Montenegro, she is engaged in projects and communication activities in the field of corporate security.

Through her work, she develops innovative models for presenting culture, with a focus on digitalization and connecting art, institutions, and communities, actively contributing to the development of the contemporary cultural landscape. She is an active member of the Rotaract Club, through which she contributes to the community.
