If you ask Nela’s family what she does, they will say, “We don’t know, something with music.”

If you ask her friends, they will say, “We’re not exactly sure, but she somehow always ends up at events and manages to get us free tickets as well.”

And if you ask her, well… it depends on the day and her mood.

Her colleagues from Password Production would say she is an example of someone who, during the pandemic, coming from IT, had her own little “Eureka” moment and decided to enter an industry many believed was dead at the time, show business.

There are two explanations for that decision: idiot or lunatic… we’ll let you decide.

It all started with a classic “what could possibly go wrong?” moment, and somewhere there a story began that still doesn’t have a clear genre.

Between emails, calls, deadlines, and “can we have this done yesterday?”, Nela found herself involved in the organization and realization of some of the biggest festivals in Macedonia, such as Taksirat, D Festival and PIN Music Conference, along with the occasional organization of weddings for close people, just to stay in shape.

She carries a professional deformation, she never forgets a login and password.

Her path continues across borders, and as long as things work, no one asks too many questions.

Impressive? Well… it depends who you ask.
