Ana Vukoja is a cultural worker and event organizer based in Vinkovci, with over a decade of experience in developing and delivering music and cultural programs. As the founder and president of the association retroPERSPEKTIVA, she has organized more than 100 events, with a strong focus on independent and emerging music scenes. Alongside her husband Matija, she is also the co-owner of the Rockabilly bar Hang Loose. Ana is the driving force behind projects such as Hang Loose Rockabilly Festival, Dobre Vibracije, Demo Snimka, as well as various craft workshops and exhibitions, connecting artists, audiences, and the local community. Outside of music, she enjoys working on ecological initiatives, sewing, restoring vintage furniture, and gardening, and is also a proud driver of a 1971 VW Beetle.
